Wesley Nygren was a champion gymnast with aspirations to compete at the collegiate level as well as the Olympic Games. Tragically, however, Wesley's young life was cut short in a terrible accident on December 1, 2005. Wesley's father, John, died a few days later from injuries sustained in the same accident.
We can't do it without you! We are asking each gymnast in Northern California to participate in this fundraiser which will be held on National Gymnastics Day at the State Capitol. What an excellent way to showcase the outstanding community we are, and at the same time honor one of our fellow gymnasts who held in his heart, the same thing we all do--the love of gymnastics.
We need YOU to help us continue to fund this scholarship.
